TERMS OF SERVICE

The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all Web sites hosted on Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com servers. It is hereby also understood that any person posting to Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com server has been presented with this disclaimer and terms of use prior to doing so and, as such, be subject to its terms as indicated below.

CONDITIONS OF USE
You are entirely responsible and liable for all of your Web site content posted on Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com servers. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com deleting or suspending your account. You agree not to do any of the following:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com servers that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.

CONTENT
You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com shall not be responsible for any Content. Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com does not prescreen or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com has in place at the time. Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com for adherence to this Agreement or rules.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, Foxanne Media / FoxHSP.com, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account, including but not limited to domain name selection and Web site content.
